These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access awg-rail.co.uk.
By using the Site you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The Site is owned and operated by The Adhesion Working Group (AWG) and the material is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights.

You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of them for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner so as to create a database in electronic or paper form, comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Site without permission from the AWG Secretary or associated companies.

You must not reproduce, modify, copy, publish, distribute or make available to the public any part of the Site or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless the AWG has indicated that you may do so.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
